To provide resources for single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis of macromolecules (proteins or nucleic acids) and their complexes with substrates, inhibitors, drugs, or other macromolecules. Resources include robotic crystallization, X-ray data collection and processing, software for structure solution, and access to a beamline at the Advanced Photon Source at Argonne National Laboratories outside Chicago.
